“I was very pleased by the speedy delivery of the tights which I ordered. The staff who took my order over the phone were very helpful and the tights are ideal and great colour. I will definitely order them again. Thank you.”

Hi Cristina, Thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order in Canada yet. This is the first contact regarding this problem. Our tracking system shows that this is still in transit with the postal service. I apologise for the time that they are taking to deliver. We shall contact them to see if there is anything we can do to speed things up. We will update you via e-mail when we have an update. Update: According to Royal Mail there is 20 day delay in Canada for deliveries. Unfortunately we cannot exert any influence to progress this any quicker.
