“The tights never arrived”

Good Morning Ellie, Thank you for your order and email. I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order yet, unfortuantely due to the Royal Mail strikes there has been delays in orders being delivered, apologies for this. Unfortunately we are out of stock in that product so cannot send a replacement pair out so we will issue you a full refund as it is now classed as missing with Royal Mail. “Tights laddered as I put them on. I was careful when putting them on. There was a ladder on them before I even got them over my knees. Once fully on i had at least 5 separate ladders. I am a size 10 (uk) and 5ft 7inch, I can't imagine how bad they would be for a larger person. Design looked amazing until I put them on. I have binned them after 1 wear!”
