“I haven't received my product !”

Good Morning Sumitha, Thank you for your order and email. I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. Unfortunately there has been a delay in orders being delivered due to the Royal Mail strikes, apologies for this. I have spoken to Royal Mail and they have said your order is in transit and apologise for the delay. Please let us know if your order does not arrive by next week and we will send out a replacement order with a different courier. Apologies again for the inconvenience. “Tights laddered as I put them on. I was careful when putting them on. There was a ladder on them before I even got them over my knees. Once fully on i had at least 5 separate ladders. I am a size 10 (uk) and 5ft 7inch, I can't imagine how bad they would be for a larger person. Design looked amazing until I put them on. I have binned them after 1 wear!”

“Arrived promptly, fitted very well, and were super soft and silky. Felt amazing, and loved them. The only down side was that they "snagged" really easily, and the back of the heel is badly marked after only 4 hours wearing them. As a one of to complete an "black tie" event they were wonderful, but would not buy for everyday use.”
