Hi Jacqueline, I am sorry that you did not receive your order. It was returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail. After checking with you regarding resending the item you requested a refund which was processed immediately. Unfortunately at this busy time of year Royal Mail sometimes get it wrong. Regards Nigel

“Tights were exactly as shown, the design was great just what I wanted, good quality, nice to wear, fit was okay, being just under 5ft I always struggle with length. I was very impressed with Customer Service, when ordering my computer played up and I thought the first order hadn't gone through so I ordered again, I was contacted within minutes by email to check whether I meant to place two orders for the same item; the extra order was cancelled and the payment was refunded quickly the same day. The tights arrived by first class post the following day. I am very impressed with the whole service and will be using TightTightsTights again, loved the variety of styles.”
